Over the last couple of months I’ve been writing blogs about nutrition for mental health for the prominent men’s rights website A Voice For Men. It has been a great opportunity to get the message out to the men and women of the men’s rights movement. The first few posts have been about protein, fat and carbohydrate, also known as the macronutrients. Like many areas of life, diet is all about balance, and eating an appropriate ratio of fat, protein and carbohydrate is an important starting point for health.
